Bondi Beach Tour And Travel | Travel Information

Name        : Bondi Beach
Location   : Sidney
Country    : Sidney
This location is very beautiful and stunning highly inappropriate for a family vacation who want to travel.

WHY GO THERE

Bondi is one of Sydney’s most eclectic and exciting precincts. In winter Bondi comes alive with an array of events such as the Bondi Bergstation Ice Skating Rink.

On a beautiful sunny day take a walk along the promenade experiencing Bondi’s carefree sun-drenched lifestyle and stop in at one of the many cafes and take in the view. If you are in the mood for shopping, Gould Street is home to a number of local designer fashion stores or wander up Curlewis Street and browse through a few Bondi local’s art galleries.
To discover other stunning beaches nearby, take the coastal trail walk to Tamarama (also known as Glamarama), Bronte and Coogee via a scenic boardwalk and be sure to keep a look out for whales passing by as they migrate north for the winter.
 Surfing Bondi

The surf can range from very large surfable waves to calm quiet, one day to the next. Specific areas are marked for board riders, body surfing and swimming. If the surf gets too large for your enjoyment, there are two rock pools at either end of the beach.

Bondi Night Life

At Bondi, you can find some great restaurants, plenty of eateries, pubs and clubs nightlife. The dress is usually casual with t-shirts, sandals and shorts quite acceptable in most of the dining places, many with views. The Bondi Pavilion, on the beachfront, often has entertainment and exhibitions.

Bondi Beach Restaurant & Bar

This week we continue our review of all the famous bars and restaurants alongside Bondi Beach.  Going from the posh Icebergs to the somewhat cultured Mojos, we tonight descend upon a fest of gluttony and decadence with Hurricane’s Grill and Bar.

Hurricane’s Grill and Bar is on the infamously busy Roscoe St., nestled within eateries great and small. The fully alfresco licensed steakhouse place seats 180 and is known for its noisy and busy atmosphere, the impossible nature of getting a booking on time (see point one) and most of all its tender and juicy pork ribs. Half a rack will set you back over $30, but a full rack is one of those simultaneously incredible and shame inducing experiences. For those looking for something else the steaks are just as good. Generally desserts, entrees etc. all come in at a reasonable $10-15.

Like most famous restaurants, especially around Bondi, the place is infamously busy. As touched on previously, most anecdotal evidence (and my own) suggests that you will more often or not be required to wait at the bar, even if you booked ahead, to get a seat, which is fine for some people as the bar has a great vibe and is usually hopping and serves from delicious cocktails, but not so fine if you’re for example, going there with parents or children.
